First time with the family today and it was a great experience.I would definitely recommend. Leslie was our server and she was very friendly and helpful with taking our orders. We celebrated a birthday at this restaurant and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a special celebration. What truly set this place apart, though, was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member was kind and attentive, and the manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right—food, service, and ambiance—but this restaurant is truly one of a kind. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Our waitress Andrea was on top of things from the beginning. The owner Daniel was the best and made the restaurant experience even better. We came for a birthday brunch. Food and drinks were great. Will definitely be coming again!
Daniel and Felipe are so amazing! I am from Seattle this was my first time at their restaurant and they catered my cousin and I amazingly. Her birthday is tomorrow and they showered us with a great time! Felipe amazing bartender he gets the job done, and Daniel was so sweet and cared about our experience for sure!
The customer service is amazing! Felipe is super personable! The roof top bar is intimate but plenty of space to dance! He made me and my best friend personalized drinks and we were OBSESSED! I had the cucumber margarita, soooo GOOD and my bestie had the mezcalita kiwi TO DIE FOR! 100% recommend

Traveling from Iowa, looking for a good Mexican restaurant to eat at. El Encanto DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Amazing food, amazing staff (shoutout to Andrea & Daniel), amazing drinks. 10/10 recommend. If you’re in the area definitely stop by for dinner, drinks, or vibes.
